Capparis umbonata

Large fruited Wild Orange, to 10 metres, flowering at night and early morning. Often grazed heavily by stock, reducing numbers substantially. Their habitat is widespread across the Pilbara and Kimberley.

Collecting seed is difficult in pastoral regions due to stock activity, and the late season ripening.
