Acacia gracillima

Small tree or large open shrub. This wattle is found in rocky country in scattered Kimberley locations. It has yellow cylindrical flowers and minni-ritchi bark.

Acacia hypermeces

This rare ground cover is only found near the Berkeley River in the NEKimberley. A prostrate species with phyllodes and whorls, with yellow ball flowers.

Acacia tumida

Large shrub or small tree with grey bark, yellow cylinders for flowers and seed pods. Also known as Wongai (Spear Wattle), as it grows tall and straight further north from Broome, also with a powdery whitish bark trunk.

Tall shrub or small tree, heavily veined phyllodes and cream flowers, often called Ghost Wattle. Pods are large, wide and woody, containing several large seeds.
